Abstract |
This investigation aimed to find out the acceptance of new agricultural techniques of the Hmong people at the Khek Noi Hilltribe Refugee Center in Lom Sak district, Phetchabun province, by interviewing 246 household leaders. It was found that the ethnic group accepted new agricultural techniques and the center’s officers providing the most knowledge about the techniques the most. The most effective method to disseminate the knowledge was demonstration, especially demonstrated cultivation. When the group had agricultural problems, they consulted their neighbors the most. Additionally, they had a positive attitude toward job performances of the officers.
