The research is to study the livings of Thai people who have different culture in three areas: Northern people, Thai people who speak in Khmer, Suay and Yer in Northeast and Thai people who speak Yawi or Muslim in Southern. The research is development guideline for educational management for Thai people who have different culture aimed at adaptation into their ways of life, society, culture, tradition, religion, belief. Moreover, it studies for their better life and also public security.
