Abstract |
This work explored livelihood, daily activities, customs and traditions, beliefs and rituals, language, politics, economy, historical background, and cultural changes of the Yoi ethnic group at Akat Village, Akat Amnuay District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The ethnic group migrated into Thailand voluntarily, not as prisoners of war. The main purpose of their migration was to seek a better place for agriculture, settlement, and an expansion of farmland.
