Abstract |
The study focused on the belief in the Klae Mor Ritual, an animistic medical spiritual treatment, of the Kui ethnic group in the two villages. The treatment is based on the belief that sicknesses are the act of ancestral spirits which had become angry at the sick. The study covered lifestyle, society, politics, beliefs, economy, dress, and traditional steps related to the ritual to treat the sick according to their animistic belief system.
