The Bru is an ethnic group which migrated to the region later than other ethnic groups. The study focuses on their worldviews on the four basic necessities and others around them. Their worldviews are different from other groups, indicating that their identity is still maintained. At the same time, there have been some adjustments of their worldviews in order to assimilate with the mainstream. Due to their later arrival, they perceive themselves as inferior to other groups, obliging them to lead a humble life. Additionally, the influx of the mainstream culture has affected their ethic lifestyle, traditions, culture, and worldviews.
