It is found in the study that the ethnic group is still carrying out its daily traditions and rituals, such as ordination, marriage and funerals. Birth tradition has changed from the use of midwives to the use of hospitals or public heath centers. The Twelve Traditions start from the fifth lunar month. There are only six traditions that are similar to those of Isan people. They include Song Kran in the fifth lunar month, Spirit Appeasement in the sixth month, Buddhist Lent in the eight month, Sart merit-making in the tenth month, end of Lent and Mahachart Sermon Chanting in the eleventh month, and Kathin merit-making in the twelfth month. Regarding the relationship between the Mon lifestyle and their traditions and rituals, it is found that the transmission of their traditions and rituals is related to their conventional, legal, concrete and holistic aspects of their life, making their community peaceful and caring.
