Abstract |
The thesis focuses on Lua music played by the ensemble Pih assemble of the ethnic group in Nan Province. The ensemble is like a center for villagers to express their cultural feelings. The instrument is made from bamboo, consisting of ten sets. Each set has a fixed sound. The music generally has a single cyclical melody with six pitches.
