Abstract |
The article focuses on the Lawa ethnic group in Chiang Mai. The author visited Lawa villages and described the ethnic livelihood. He noted that the group uses different dialects. Animism is its main religion and flowers as well as sacrificial items were offered at the village shrines. However, there was no ritual dealing with burying corpses.
