Abstract |
Cultural communication between Thais and Mons at Tambon Talad is mostly at the person-to-person level with religious, cultural and traditional issues functioning as a medium of communication. The result is a complete assimilation of the Mons into the mainstream culture. Such assimilation has brought about developments in the economy, education, tourism and politics in the community.
