Abstract |
In the past, the Karen ethnic group at Pha Phung Village practiced rotation crop highland agriculture. However, after the state control, arable land was reduced, making rotation crop farming practices impossible. At the same time, conventional wisdom on illness treatments was in decline because young generations were not interested in implementing and maintaining it. They preferred modern medical treatments instead.
