Abstract |
The book focuses on the livelihood and way of life of Tai Lue in Nan Province, scattered in villages in Thung Chang, Chiang Klang, Pua, and Tha Wang Pha Districts. The ethnic group originated from Sipsongpanna Region, Yunnan, South China. Causes of their migration included wars and political problems in the past. The book also examines the maintenance of the ethnic culture nowadays, in terms of beliefs, religion, culture, traditions, economy, and politics.
