Abstract |
This study explored the Akha ethnic group at Saen Suk Village, Mae Chan District in Chiang Rai Province, with a focus on resource management: water, forest, land ownership, farming as well as cultivated and natural vegetation; beliefs and rituals, which play a significant role in the ethnic lifestyle; and local wisdom in sickness healing by using medicinal herbs, mediums, shamans, and rituals.
