Abstract |
It is found that social adjustment problems of Karen students concerning their relationships with friends and the school environment were found to be at the medium level. The issue concerning friends who could give them advice was high, due to differences in cultures, traditions, values, interests, and duration at school. Relationship problems with teachers and the community were also high because they were newly introduced to the environment and might not trust people. Since they were new, community members did not have frequent interaction with them.
