Abstract |
Mon traditions can tell about the ethnic lifestyle from cradle to death. In addition, Buddhist traditions have also been carried out by the Mons in Ban Pong areas in Photharam District of Ratchaburi Province. Some Mon traditions deemed unimportant have gradually disappeared due to rapid social changes. Other important traditions have been maintained with some modifications, which are their ethnic identity that they take pride in.
