Abstract |
It is found from the investigation that drug suppression and prevention problems in Hmong communities at Tambon Khek Noi include the conspiracy of some state officials, lenient law enforcement, budget, drug use and sales among villagers and some officers, influence of drug dealers, ethnic culture on drug use, and non-cooperation from community members.
Measures to prevent drug prevalence in the communities include education, information, law enforcement, alternative occupations, traditional and cultural change concerning drugs, and rehabilitation.
