Abstract |
Lahu farmers have encountered problems of soil erosion, low production yields, and produce not being sufficient for household consumption. Therefore, they have tried to change their agricultural production method from growing highland crops to horticulture. To prevent soil erosion, they have turned to terraced agricultural practices and growing grass and trees, which has been effective in solving the problem.
