Abstract

The report focuses on food consumption culture of Vietnamese Thais in Nakhon Phanom Municipality. Local food consumption culture has been mixed with their traditional one in an attempt to adjust to the local culture. However, traditional food and food for rituals have strongly been maintained due to their ethnic beliefs.
