Abstract |
The researcher uses cultural ideas, theories, research and cultural integration to be a guideline for this research. Then the data is collected by interviewing the people in Ban Na-Thap, both Buddhist and Muslim Thais. It is suggests that knowledge and understanding is the means of cultural integration between Buddhist and Muslim Thais in Ban Na-Thap, Amphoe Chana, Changwat Songkhla. It also includes factors that cause the cultural intregation. The results of the study reflect the livelihood of the two groups who have a different cultural background, but they can live together in the same society and community by integrating the culture. It lodes to the groups of people living together peacefully, accepting the honour, prestige, and the value of each other. Moreover, there is an accuate understanding of the groups’ culture.
