Abstract |
The Lao Song at Nong Lao Village, Khao Yoi District of Phetchaburi Province, are Buddhists and animists. They practice animistic rituals and have their own traditions and culture. Their kinship system is also related to their animistic beliefs, creating the so-called “Sing” and “Kor”. The villagers have formed several interest groups to help one another, including collective labor.
