Abstract

This is a documentary of a visit to the Isan region and its people in every province by this former prime minister and his entourage in order to listen to their problems first hand and to provide a guideline for problem-solving and solutions for local officers or representatives. Some problem solving and giving of assistance required approval from parliament. The aim of his visit was to eliminate poverty and to improve the Isan people’s standard of living, education, and health care system.
