Abstract |
Being Karens with two religions affects their new livelihood. Despite their religious differences, religious contacts and assistance and community work between the two groups have been amiable without ideological conflict. In the past, the ethnic group was treated as slaves. However, they are now a social group in Chiang Mai, which has greatly contributed to national progress and development.
