Abstract |
The work focuses on the socio-economic and cultural changes of the Khmer ethnic group at Tha Muang Village. In the past, the economy was subsistent. When there are economic changes taking place in the village, their society and culture has also been affected. Migration for temporary labor takes place and residents accept a more urban lifestyle. The importance of the family institution is also declining.
