Abstract |
Different ethnicities of ethnic farmers have variously affected conservationist agricultural practices. The Karen ethnic group plows the soil more conservatively, grows more cyclical and integrated crops, makes more terraces, grows plants more horizontally, makes more drains, and covers more soil than the Hmong ethnic group. However, the latter grows more soil cover plants than the former. Conservationist agricultural practices of the two ethnic groups are found to be non-significant.
