Abstract |
Various ethnic groups in Nakhon Sawan Province have different historical and cultural backgrounds. Some settle only in urban areas while others only in rural areas. Still others can be found in both urban and rural areas. Their occupations are diverse, ranging from agriculture, trade, state employment to commerce. Their beliefs and traditions are related to the cycle of life. Although they have their own ethnic languages and dress, the influence of the mainstream culture has changed their cultural aspects a great deal.
