| Abstract |
|
The thesis investigates state policies on the legal and judicial systems in the four southern border provinces, particularly from 1901 to 1946 which was the period when the government was seriously dealing with the systems in the region. The policies helped explain the conditions defining the systems, the implementation, and the problems and solutions of the implementation, which might be beneficial to the legal and judicial operations in the region at the present time (pp. 136-141).
