Abstract |
This article covers the tourists preferring trekking to visit the hilltribes. The researcher studies the interaction between the tourists and Sgaw Karen. While the hilltribes are adapting themselves with the social surrounding, the tourists are expecting to see their traditional way of life and history. Thus, this is fulfillment of needs of the two groups. The hilltribes would like to earn income form the tourists whereas the tourists would like to see their way of life, so both gains advantages.
