Abstract |
Nowadays, drug abuse, both opium and heroine, in the northern highland communities is a problem related to socio-economic changes. There are various and different problems in each community. The solutions of these problems will be successful, if the communities are strength and able to mange the natural resource and the communities. It also needs the proud of their identity and the communities’ self. (p.8)
