Abstract |
Hmong in Kheknoi communities is a group of hilltribes who is modern and most civilized in Thailand. These communities are the capital of Homg originated form the bloody battlefield in 1968-1982. There were terrorists of communists party of Thailand resisted the government administration. Some Hmong presents their allegiance to Thailand by being the voluntary soldiers in the military with the Thai Army. The Hmong has a good command of trekking and the topography of the northern Thailand. The Hmong lives in military camp in the 31st regiment in the Kheknoi communities at the present. In 1981, Thai government has defeated the communists party of Thailand. A number of Hmong living in the forests migrates to the Kheknoi communities, so the communities has been expanded the area to be spacious. The Hmong has continually developed the economic culture from the time they migrated to the Kheknoi communities. The Hmong is supported by the officials from Department of Public Welfare. There are factors affecting the development of economic culture of the Hmong in Kheknoi communities in terms of agriculture, the government’s policies, the communication with the lowlanders, the imitation and the education.
