Abstract |
The Vietnamese Thais were designated by the province to settle along Nikhom Sai Klang Road. Those involved in farming, iron work and car repair work could be found along Nophalochai and Sri Narong roads. Some were involved in Vietnamese food businesses. They had maintained their food consumption culture. Cultural influence has been evident with Chinese, French and Thai consumption styles, since Vietnam had previously been under the occupation of China and later France.
