Abstract |
Main roles of Karen leader, movements in the community and the way of the community leader’s act are parts of the needs of the people in the community who have relationship with the internal and external power. The acceptance of the government is a practice of the cooperation, the negotiation and the conflict. The socio-economic change at the present is a factor of a new community management under the relationship of the government’s administration and the community. (p.11)
