The Ugong enclyclopedia provides basic information on the livelihood, society, traditions and culture of this ethnic group. The information includes the ethnic name, historical background, the time of settlement in Thailand, the number of population, other geographical aspects, traditional dress, language and language family, family structure, occupations and lifestyles, weaving and wicker work, food, religion and belief systems, health, and oral literature. However, certain cultural traits of the ethnic group have changed with time and social contexts.
