Abstract |
Traditional healing processes of the Mien ethnic group are associated with religion and beliefs in ancestors’ spirits and supernatural powers. The causes of an illness may stem from violating supernatural powers, absence of the soul, or others. The administrative structure consists of the village head, a sorcerer, and a committee of the elderly in charge of administration and rituals.
