This book presents cultural and traditional practices and beliefs of 11 hilltribes in Thailand based on direct experiences of the authors. The topics include important individuals in the community, kinship, sacred entities in the village, etiquettes, taboos, and practices. This fundamental information could be beneficial to individuals or agencies working with the hilltribes to learn and understand their diverse culture and lifestyles.
