Abstract |
The communication patterns of Muslim women in management for Islamic co-operation has 3 aspects: one-way communication which combine with formal communication, two-way communication which combine with formal communication and two-waycommunication which combine with informal communication. The levels of acceptance of Muslim women in Islamic co-operative managementarecomplete acceptance, acceptance with curtain conditions and no commentand no objection. The factorsforMuslim women in management committee are Amanah, teacher and works for the community.
