Abstract |
The objective of this investigation was to explore the satisfaction of the Red Lahu with the roles of their village head in order to establish a guideline for more efficient community development work. It was found that the administrative role of the village head was at a high level. However, satisfaction with his role on village cultural promotion was at a moderate level. Finally, satisfaction with his role on development was at a high level.
